Streetstyle: the big, messy bun
Her hairstyle. Practical and feminine. The chunky bun is one of this season’s most popular hairstyles, full of volume and ever so easy to create. Our streetstyle of the day sports it here without any unnecessary pomp and circumstance. To do it yourself, all you need is a hairbrush and a bungee band. Tie your hair into a ponytail on the top of your head and twist your hair round itself to create the bun. A stylish, ad-lib hairstyle!
Her look. Preppy. Her mid-length woollen skirt matches her handbag, which is made from the same material. On her feet she’s gone for black patent Mary Janes. To infuse some colour into her look and copy the flashy trend, she opts for a purple, shoulder-padded top. A perfect mixture of styles.
Tip of the day. This hairstyle only works on long hair. If you don’t have long hair, consider extensions. A stylish solution for all the looks you can think of.
