Elise, 24: “A how-to guide for fine hair!”
Your look? Somewhere between casual and glam-rock. I mix classic items, such as black skinny jeans or a leather jacket, with more sophisticated items, such as a silk blouse or a cashmere jumper. For this new season I’ve decided to put my bright, fluorescent colours to the back of my wardrobe and replace them with more autumnal shades such as burgundy, which we are seeing all over the place. Very seventies!
Your hairstyle? We are rarely content with what we’ve got. Though I’ve got fine, perfectly straight hair, I’ve always dreamed of having full, wavy locks. But we have to make the most of what we’ve got… So when I want wavy hair, I take my time and use my curling tongs to create gorgeous waves. I apply styling mousse beforehand and use hairspray to finish. This ensures that my waves last as long as possible.
Your look today? I have my hair to thank for being so easy to style. I just leave it as it is really! I don’t spend very long styling it. I wash my hair, blow-dry it quickly, let it fall across my shoulders and there we are, ready to go. I wore a side parting for a long time, but I recently went back to the centre parting. I love that it’s retro and simple at the same time!
